Algae Pipeline PhotoBioreactor System
The tubular photobioreactor is mainly used for tertiary cultivation. Based on years of accumulated experience in algae cultivation and design, we provide customers with design solutions and equipment manufacturing for large-scale production of tubular photobioreactors.
The material of the tube is high borosilicate glass, with diameters of 60mm, 80mm, 110mm, and 200mm available
Horizontal Type Photobioreactor
1. LED lighting source, timed control of lighting time, adjustable lighting intensity;
2. CIP Washing : the cleaning ball through a water pump to clean the glass tube wall and pipeline;
3. Equipped with a low shear algae water pump, it is not easy to damage algae;
4. Equipped with a variable frequency control system, the flow rate can be adjusted;
5. Having good and reliable leak proof and detachable structure;
6. Optional touch screen and PLC control system, as well as various indicator detection and recording functions;
7. Optional sensors: PH, Temp, DO, OD, CO2, EC sensors
We can design different pipeline photobioreactor structures based on the different algae cultivation needs of our clients, and adjust the capacity as needed, making it suitable for laboratory or large-scale industrial use.
