■ The machine adopts microalgae dedicated low-disturbance feed distributor to accelerate algae liquid gently and reduce fluid shear force, protecting algal cell membrane integrity and avoiding leakage of intracellular pigments, lipids and proteins. Nozzles are manufactured from high-hardness wear-resistant alloy with multiple optional apertures for flexible adjustment of algae discharge concentration. It balances clarification of dilute algae liquid and continuous discharge of thick slurry, resisting blockage and particle erosion during long-term operation.
■ Adopting pure physical centrifugal concentration without any flocculants or settling aids, there is no risk of chemical residue. High-purity concentrated algae sludge can be directly dried into microalgae powder or sent to cell disruption & extraction process to obtain phycocyanin, astaxanthin and unsaturated fatty acids, complying with raw material standards for organic food and dietary supplements.
■ It serves as core front-end dewatering equipment for microalgae biofuel chains. It rapidly concentrates raw algae liquid with extremely low solid content, greatly reducing processing volume for subsequent drying, pyrolysis and lipid extraction equipment, cutting steam and thermal energy consumption and improving overall economic efficiency of biofuel production from microalgae.
